Warranty Terms
- The goods are sold for purposes related to the Buyer’s business activity. Liability under the warranty for defects in the goods is excluded (Article 558, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code).
- The Guarantor - Electrons Mateusz Lisik, guarantees that the delivered products will be of high quality and will function without disruptions, provided they are used in accordance with the user manual and properly maintained.
- Products delivered by the Guarantor are covered by a quality warranty for a period of 24-36 months (depending on the model) from the date of issuance of the accounting document, provided they are used in accordance with the user manual and properly maintained.
- The Guarantor ensures that any malfunctions in the delivered products resulting from manufacturing defects or premature wear of components during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.
- The quality warranty does not cover mechanical or chemical damages, as well as damages resulting from improper use, such as exceeding the allowable input voltage ranges, use outside permissible operating temperature, humidity, or vibration conditions, or damages caused by improper storage, misuse, or random events. Avoiding these damages ensures long and trouble-free operation of the devices and helps avoid unnecessary repair costs, which are not covered by the warranty.
- If the product is damaged by the customer during the warranty period, the repair will be possible after prior agreement on the costs with the customer (Buyer) and will be performed in a post-warranty manner.
- Upon receipt of the products, the Buyer is obliged to immediately check their quality and proper functioning. If any defects are noticed, the Buyer should promptly notify the Guarantor in writing within seven days of receiving the products.
- Conditions for returning products for complaint handling:
- The Buyer must deliver the defective product to the Guarantor's premises, preferably using the original factory packaging during transport. If the original factory packaging is unavailable, the Buyer must ensure the product is transported safely. Costs related to providing secure packaging, insurance, and other transport risks are borne by the Buyer.
- When returning products, the Buyer should include a written description of the defect, the Buyer's contact information, and a return address.
- The Guarantor has the right to decide whether defective products or components due to manufacturing defects or premature wear will be repaired or replaced.
- The Guarantor is committed to promptly addressing defects if warranty claims are justified. If parts or the entire equipment are replaced with new ones, the warranty period is not restarted.
- Damaged products must be sent at the Buyer’s expense to the Guarantor's service center. Shipping address: Electrons, ul. Kordeckiego 41, 98-400 Wieruszów.
- The Guarantor is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the inability to use the device during the repair process.
- The Guarantor offers paid servicing for products that exceed the warranty period. For such repairs, the customer receives a 12-month warranty for the replaced components from the repair date, provided prior contact with the Guarantor.
- The Guarantor reserves the right to replace damaged components with parts of a different brand, manufacturer, or type, with similar or better technical parameters.
- The Guarantor is not responsible for the loss of data from the hard drive or other data carriers in the equipment subjected to a warranty or post-warranty repair.
- If the serial number (or Electrons label) is damaged, removed, or obscured, the warranty becomes void. The serial number is an essential part of the equipment and must not be removed or destroyed.
- For out-of-warranty repairs, the Guarantor reserves the right to revise the initial repair cost estimate if additional servicing actions are required after the first repair. The final decision to accept the revised estimate remains with the customer.
- Before sending computer equipment for servicing, the Buyer must remove BIOS and operating system login passwords or provide these passwords to the Guarantor.
